Prob with passenger side window, mirror etc

Guys im needing help figuring out what's up with my passenger side window and mirror not working sometimes. Its a gamble when it will work. Also, my doors dont seem to want to unlock with the key fob alot of the time as well. Can anybody help me and tell me what's going on?
