Power steering pulley issue

my 02 Tahoe’s power steering pulley rubbed off on the power steering high pressure hose & it leaked it all out then I’m trying to replace it but now I’m having this issue where it won’t go back together properly I’ve seen a few videos where it looks painfully simple but it’s just not wanting to with me I’m going crazy here any help or advice is greatly appreciated

Just in case someone came across something like this it was the motor mount

Collapsed motor mount caused the pump to sit lower overall which caused what you see in picture once I replaced the mount the engine sat higher which allowed me to continue the power steering pump replacement
