I had a issue that seemed to be the passcode sensor, so ordered new housing with the sensor and changed out the column parts. Also put in a new ignition switch ( the electronic wire harness component that does the actual work, not the key and cylinder).

All is installed, and same symtoms. Have done the 30 minute 3 cycle re-learn process and nothing changed. Get crank, fuel relay not connecting and engine won't stay fired, so only get a couple seconds operation.

Am I now going to the BLM module? Or other suggestions?

Turn it off in the tune. Simple way to see if that's your issue.

The 3 pin wiring harness that plugs into the top of the sensor - Follow it and see if it's pinched someplace within the column.

Had this issue and married it down to the corroded pins inside the harness and ended up soldering them to the assembly and liquid electrical tape to seal everything up.
