What is located right above your feet passenger side? I can hear a knocking sound sometimes. It also sounds like a CD trying to load (obviously not a CD).

Sounds like a bad actuator for heat/ac. Check to make sure all your heat/ac functions work. Hot/cold, defrost/vents/floor, recirc/fresh

Thats what I thought as well. Everything works fine. Here are 2 pictures of what I disconnected.
