Have anybody paint matched their aftermarket rims to to factory color? want some ideals for doing so, but want to see it before I mess up a good pair of rims!

I did mine. I have 22" Milanno Rims on mine. They were all chrome and I painted the inside lip to match the truck. Tape off the "spokes" and everything you dont want painted. To protect the tires without taking the rim off, just stick either newspaper or cardboard in between the tire and the rim (easily). I just took very fine sandpaper (like 1200 grit) and then wet sanded it. Next step, I primed them with regular car primer and then wet sanded that and painted the paint on that I got from a body shop I used to work at.

Yeah, anybody with paint matched wheels, if you could put up your pics and a description on how you did it( if you did it yourself), it would be very helpful right now. Plus its showing of your sick rides!
