I have been... just cardio though. Still scsred of weights as the last time (im told it had nothing to do with it) i lifted, i ended up with the perforation trip to the er/icu 2 daya later...

Just do it man. If it was me, I'd start doing a light workout, just to get my body used to it. I sooo miss putting the uniform on. You're good man.

Wheels blasted from chrome... now powdercoated primer (they are not staying pink). So now they can be sanded and painted white diamond pearl to match the truck...

Thanku and unfortunately gonna skip 2018. The date we have been using is the saturday of Easter weekend every year and that was in the midst of this years hell for me and the wife with all of this....

So hoping to pick it back up in 2019... ill post up here for sure.
