Oil cooler line seals?

I had to remove my radiator and after I reinstalled it I noticed an oil leak. The seals on the threaded lines into the radiator were toast. I can't find them anywhere. Does anyone know where to get them?

you can get a set of orings from Lowes. The set Lowes sells has different sizes.
