Anyone have good results buying rims off eBay? I’m very tempted to get different 22” rims for my new Silverado, i guess I’m just nervous if my stock 22’s will sell...I have the ones come stock on the high country Tahoe, Theyre ok not my favorite. I like a few other chrome optionsFF1E9278-53D9-4E09-AAE0-AB18685C7FBC.jpeg

I’m in michigan, my salesman is checking with his boss tomorrow if they want them and I’ll order the OEM Chevy snowflakes, they’re 20% off. I only have 700 miles on my new truck so far so they’re brand new

Over in metro detroit, there is a wheel/tire shop partnered up with the local dealers that does some exchanging .... I want to say it was around $1k is the amount they were giving on stock setup

If you’re looking for other OE wheels, why not post a want to trade add on Facebook marketplace and Craigslist? There must be someone within an hours drive that has the wheels you want and wants your wheels. Arrange to meet at a tire shop to do the swap.

Definitely no luck on Craigslist. I found a shop Down in Detroit on there with good priced rims, shop had really bad reviews online.

Yeah I’m about to order some 22” for my Tahoe from Chevy. I want the black rims. It says that the dealer has to install and set them up for the truck. Is that true? I already have 22” that came with my RST so these black 22s would be the same size.

For what it's worth, I had similar looking wheels on my 2016 Tahoe and had the grey, painted part of the wheels professionally painted black to match the black Tahoe and kept the chrome inserts. I was really happy with them and they continued to look fantastic up until I traded the Hoe for my 2021. It cost me $100 per wheel. I've attached pictures.
