Does anyone know if the mounting brackets are already there? And would I be able to wire it up to work with my pioneer deck? The dvd player/tv I'm looking at is from the same year Tahoe as mine. thanks.

Mines is an 05 with BOSE, I have an aftermarket Pioneer DVD in dash. The TV/DVD combo is from an 05 Tahoe as well.

The mounting bracket is mostly likely NOT there. It could be added but you will need to remove the headliner. Also there were a couple of different headliners based on your roof setup (sunroof, sunroof with wide dvd player, narrow dvd player with no sunroof, rear climate controls vs. no rear climate controls). Its possible that the molding of your headliner will not accommodate the factory dvd player you have in mind. I would check all that before you take the plunge.
Also, sometimes it is easier to put an aftermarket dvd player in that has a trim/shroud ring designed for your non-dvd headliner than it is to try to retrofit an OEM dvd player. Also the OEM dvd players and screens leave something to be desired IMO.
