Odd noise heard mostly at idle/stop lights etc..

That would make a lot of sense, now I feel like an idiot, but how would I be able to find out if my truck is equipped with that?

Update: I located my suspension code and I do not have air ride . I’ve got the ZW7 code

The noise is likely related to the work just done. It sounds rotational. Best term I can come up with. Start there or get a mechanic's stethoscope and search.
