Try to disconect the battery and ground the power wire to discharge the system.
I had a similar problem while working on my Kon. They worked before I disconnected the battery and performed some welding. They didn't work when I hooked the battery up. I searched all through the truck to find the problem. I disconnected the battery to make some other repairs and when I connected the battery, they started working again. No problems since.
