Bought a 2023 High Country. New from the dealer. When I change Collision/Detection from seat vibrate to tone, it only saves for a day or two.
I've reset everything, even disconnected the battery over night. No joy. Good for a few days, then back to vibrate. Any ideas.
Thanks

Hi. Bought a 2023 Tahoe Premier in January. Same exact thing. Tried everything you mentioned. Drives me nuts. Going to the dealer in a few weeks for something else and going to see if they have any bulletins on it. Did you ever find out anything else that might help?

Just want to add, My 23 Yukon AT4 does the same thing, I change it back to beeps and then no warning back to vibration. It does the same thing on my seat memory sometimes too, all of the sudden it resets, super annoying!

Have created a profile, deleted, re-added with no change. Tried removing all external connections to phones, reset console to defaults, limited use to one remote, you name it, I’ve tried it. There is one of two things causing this. 1) Faulty RAM in head unit which I doubt it there would be more issues than one setting, or 2) Software issue which is is highly likely and getting them to update it will be impossible.
