Noise in engine bay

I have an odd noise coming from the engine bay. I can not figure out exactly where it is coming from. However, I did find a youtube video that sounds very similar to what I hear. Any ideas?

No one else have some odd noise like this? Doesnt seem to happen the moment its started from cold but after riding a bit its there. Its not the fans so coming from somewhere else.

What year and how many miles on the engine?

Absolutely nothing i would worried about.
Wait untill it breaks or causes extreme mpg issues.

2007 and almost 108k.

Id rather catch something before catastrophic failure. At least know its coming. lol

Did you get this figured out? One of the pulleys going bad maybe?

When I started hearing an odd noise and took it in, turns out it was a noise from the alternator. The alternator itself was fine however something inside was causing the noise

I guess Ill try to ignore it. I hear it or something similar going down the road too. Although the one down the road Ive been wondering if it is just the Air Raid Jr making noise.

The noise going down the road sounds like a jet sitting out on the tarmac waiting to take off lol. Its a whine that seems to start, at least where I can hear it, around 40mph. Does not sound like a wheel bearing or anything though and doesnt appear to change when rocking the truck while driving.
