New tahoe owner, Code PO 300

Hey everybody, Im new to this forum and I recently purchased a 99 tahoe LT, 138,000

This morning I started up the truck and it started well. Then I notice the check engine light tuned on, So i put it in drive and I can feel a little hesitation, and the CEL began to flash, I drove it to pepboys got he code out, and it came up PO300 Engine Cylinder misfire. Wen I left pepboys It was running well with no check engine light. So far so good. Can anyone help? thanks! I have not done any maintanceto it, just an oil change.

When is the last time a tune up was done?
Also check over all the engine connections and the ground connections.

I cured the po300 code on my 1999 Yukon by replacing the pick up coil in the distributor.
