Almost every road here are just fine to drive, enough space. The funny thing is when driving you automatically enforce respect to other (smaller) automobiles, they will go out of the way for you
The thing is, there is also a big financial reason why these kind of vehicles are rare in NL and other parts of Europe. It all has to due to gas prices en road tax. That's also the reason why trucks like silverado's, ram's, f-150 in NL all driving on LPG and used for business purposes.
And sure, other reasons are for example that the infrastructure is not build for large vehicles, and GM has no dealership in Europe for US Chevy or US Ford
