Does only one of your high beams work? It looks like the driver side isnt working in the last pic.

looks good!

now get like 100 stickers to put all over it that resemble the engine mods you did! and a spoiler.... it will go faster i promise! haha no im kidding, they really do look good, and the leds really dont look that blue in the pics, so im sure they look even better in person, especially matching the HIDs!

I didn't have the high beams on in any of the pics, it just kind of looks like it on 1 side in the last pic because of the reflection and glare. I'm still waiting on the 55W ballasts to arrive so I can hook them up.

Did you compare the aftermarket lights to the stockers before adding the HID's? If so was it an improvement?

I never had the stockers long enough to really make a fair comparison, but I think this is how the equation would go with light output:

Aftermarkets without HIDs < Stock housing with stock bulb < Aftermarkets with HIDs

Bump for pictures of the lights outside

I should have some outdoor pics tomorrow after I get it cleaned up :Handshake:

The LEDs aren't that blue... it's like a 6000K white color.

would an aftermarket bulb like 4K sylvania sliverstar fit w/out modification?

http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/d...GMC&model=Yukon&vi=1443024&pt=01576&ppt=C0335

where in 'sota are you?

The Silverstars would fit without modding, but I'm not sure that they would be much of an improvement over the bulbs that come with it.

Wow! I think that turned out really nice. So the top light is the blinker, middle are Hi's and bottom are low"s? I am on the fence whether or not I want to do the mod, but I definitely think it looks sweet!

I got mine from carid.com. good company with fast shipping. I had to cancel my order with wickedmotor.com as they were back ordered. I just put mine on today. That 3rd bolt was a little bit of a pain but pretty easy overall install.

I haven't had them in the dark yet. I hope they come aimed pretty straight or I'll be taking them back out tonight to correct the aim (knock on wood). That will suck.

They look sweet though.
