New 2023 Yukon XL

Feel like I have been waiting forever (13 months) to post - had to place multiple orders but it’s finally mine. Specs are 2023 Yukon XL Denali in Midnight Blue Metallic / dark ash interior with the 6.2L, supercruise, RSE, etc. Had the dealership black out all of the chrome to gloss black. Have black GMC OEM rims and a Corsa CAI / catback system with black tips waiting to install once it finally gets delivered (bought out of state).

What did the dealer charge for the blackout/chrome delete? Turned out perfect! Is it paint or vinyl?

It’s a combination of paint and vinyl. Dealer charged me $6k flat for chrome black out + ceramic pro gold + front half PPF and door cups

That interior looks great! Can you show some pictures of the 2nd row seating and such after you've removed all the plastic?!

Looks good. I personally like those denali rims just the way they are on that vehicle but to each their own. I think they add a nice contrast to the overall look of the vehicle while black rims just kind of disappear

I absolutely LOVE that blackout chrome look. I have wanted to do that to my 2015 since I picked it up, just haven't had the time or patience to source a trustworthy shop to do it. I think once you get the black wheels on it will absolutely turn heads.
I had my dealership strip the emblems and powder coat my factory wheels in black, I couldn't find a blacked out wheel I really liked and the factory rims looked great once they were coated. At some point I'll find a shop to black out my chrome.
I had major issues with the paint in 2018, and after a rather long debate with the dealership and GM, got it repainted, I posted a long series of that debaucle when it happened.
I'm looking forward to the photos once you're done, we all are!
