Hey everybody just wanted to post up my new Yukon and 4th obs. I sold my 1999 Denali about 2 months ago and since have purchased a popup and need something to pull that and my 21 foot Yamaha jet boat. So here it is 1997 GMC Yukon SLT 4x4. It's got 190k well maintained miles. The PO purchased it new and has only had it serviced at the dealer and has a whole bunch of receipts that he has kept. It's in really nice condition with the exception of a few things. The power steering makes some noise (low fluid), probably just a small leak. The AC needs charged, and it could use shocks. None of those are really big issues for me. I was looking at some choices in shocks and I need some advice, I normally use Bilstein HD's on my trucks but I was thinking of changing it up a little. Does anyone have a better shock option for towing my boat and camper or should I just stick with Bilstein?

Very clean looking OBS!!! I love the gmt400 in both SUV and pickup form:waytogo: I'm hoping to acquire another one in the near future myself. :) I've owned several in the past as well.

I don't know what it is about them but I love them. I was actually looking to buy a Suburban but found this one and couldn't pass it up for the price.

So I went to pick the truck up today and the guy got it all cleaned out and ready to go then goes in to get the title and can't find it now. So I have to wait till tomorrow for him to try to find it or to get a duplicate.

Oh man that does suck. Hopefully he finds it. I made that mistake a month or two ago I posted a car for sale thinking I had the title in a certain place in the house and when it was time to make a deal I couldn't find it. The buyer was patient enough to wait about to weeks for the duplicate. Gl

So I have good news, the guy called me a little bit ago saying he got a duplicate title. So I'm picking it up at noon!

After finally getting my Yukon I get to come home to this. My 3 car garage, 1966 Toronado and 1967 MGB destroyed by a tree.

Clean truck. Any plans for it?

Not sure what I'm doing with this one. Im gonna fix the problems first then go from there. I'm doing Bilstein HD's, the shocks now are driving me nuts with all the bouncing. I'm getting a new driver seat bottom from the seat shop, new headliner, figure out the non functioning AC and fix the power steering that's messed up. I'm pretty sure I want to do something with audio, seeing as I've never done that to any of my others mostly because the Denali had Bose and I didn't feel like messing with that.
