I have a 99 2door Tahoe and my brake lights wont turn off . I replaced brake peddle switch , thinking that was the problem but they are still on ?? need some help trying to fix this problem. or has this happened to anyone else ?? plz need help

Many years ago, you could sometimes fix that by pulling the brake pedal away from the firewall.

I tried that but the lights are still on . I am at a loss .. been looking on YouTube but have found no luck .. don't know what to do

Maybe it's something simple like the internal relay coil stuck on. Try swapping a similar relay on your fuse block...
Could be “fluid lock”. Bleed the brakes and the master cylinder then adjust the brake pedal in to a travel of around 3-4 inches. Hope that helps.
