Today my air stop working it was blowing fuses in under hood fuse box the air would run for awhile then fuse will blow. there is no power to clutch but there
is power on both wires on pressure switch now there is power when i push the ac button but it still don't kick clutch on. looking in my haynes book wiring

there's a vehicle control module that might be the problem anyone know where
this is located 95 yukon. also i do have a EFAN wired on this for 3 yrs now.

so only the fuse under the hood burned out? what was the label on it to be sure we get it right? also are you saying there is power to the clutch wiring is suddenly working? If so and does not engage then the clutch requires replacement.

got up this morning went to truck and jumped the high side connector and the clutch clicks
and there is some melting going on in this plug also on the low side connector. this is from i tapped into the green wire at compressor to trigger relay to turn on high speed side of the volvo 2spd relay so i think it's to much load coming through them connectors.
i need to find another way to trigger the high spd side of relay.
i went to jnk yrd and got the pig tails. maby 10 amp fuse is blowing from not putting a diode on the EFAN like the sticky on EFAN installs reconmends. sunlit:roflbow:

lucky it has not ruined the pcm connecting thru there. would not trust those high amp drawing volvo relays. I use my relay trigger tap from the clutch power itself. Am i to understand that you were blowing out the compressor clutch fuse under the hood? you did not say. i don't think diodes are the issue so much as amp draw. you can do one for feedback control tho.it would not hurt. just bad luck for you I think. I think you need to build a new relay set for it that requires less to trigger or a new relay on the compressor clutch that draws less but can trigger the volvo set using more direct power.
