Move the head unit?

Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone has removed the factory casette player and then modified the area to fit an aftermarket head unit? I am wanting to put a monitor in the factory radio location. To me it looks possible to pull off. Just wondering if anyone has done it?

hey i just got a console and iam about to do the same thing to mine, i asked my friend that does custom work and he said "anything is possible" , you just need a good hand and patience , ive seen it done before , if you do a goggle search some pics will come up wit it, i plan to also add in the back of the console a dvd player for future headrest monitors , plus if you get a rear view cam it would be a nice complete mod for your in dash monitor
