There are a few members with NNBS Tahoe's that have done it here. It basically requires baking your headlights in the oven to soften the seal on them and opening them up to take the reflector out and then resealing them. Most members do it to also paint the chrome inside as well. I know Texas Demon and DwDrummer on these forums have both done it.

Off topic, how did you get that color red on your yukon?? I have seen a few random ones here and there in that color red but they don't show that color offered on th GM site, just that sport red color (burgandy metallic).

My local dealer had it in stock. There new car manager ordered one for himself and this one. I liked it so much that I sold my 07 Tahoe to buy this one. Ya they are pretty rare. You don't see them very often. That is why I liked it. I am not sure how one would go about getting it though. I know it can be done just not sure. My local Chevy dealer had one on there lot as well a few months ago. Suburban Chevy. Maybe contact them and ask how they went about ordering it. It sold quick though it was on the lot for about 2 weeks

first off welcome to the site. you are going to love it here. as for the headlights, well you have two options you can either bake them in the oven, which takes longer and more of as risk to melt a tab here and there. but the best way to go about it is to use a dremel to cut the between the epoxy and the housing. once done doing youre mods all yo uhave to do is get some black epoxy re seal the entire housing and use clamps or bungy cord to prsure them togeather and leave them for a a day or to so to dry up. i used the oven method, but dwdrummeer i think used the drmel way which is easieer.send him a pm so he can give you exact directions.
