mabe prewired for handheld tuner?

Hi everyone I'm new to this forum recently purchased a 2007 tahoe lt and I believe It came prewired for some sort of tuner I'm curentlt trying to post pictures but can't seem to figure it out

Hi everyone I'm new to this forum recently purchased a 2007 tahoe lt3 and I found this wire up in the dash could anyone identify this wire and the mount on my dash it didn't come with anything like a hand-held

That is certainly odd! Do those wires that are spliced together go into the wires that lead into your ODBII port or ?? Looks like a mess under there.

Those wires are spliced into the harness goin into the engine bay

Powerhaulic, I was just searching up mounting hard ware and it looks like a prodigy brake controller thank you guys for the help
