Hi
I need to either tighten or remove these cross rungs all together. They are loose and under certain road/speed conditions begin to rattle/rumble on the highway.
The four fasteners are mere phillips head screws but due to proximity of roof, no room to us screwdriver. I also tried a tiny 1/4 ratchet with phillips fitting but still no room.
I need some suggestions as this rumbling is very annoying.
