Currently my driver seat is very loose and the cousins will move in stop & go traffic. Anyone have a resource of what to look at to tighten down to fix this?

You'll probably want to remove the seat and flip it over. There are bolts that hold it to the slide mechanism. If they are loose, reinstall with blue loctite. If they aren't loose, then maybe the sear frame has excessive wear?
As for the back portion, I'm not too certain on that, but again a quick look-see might reveal the culprit. Seat is easy to remove - 4 bolts and a couple wire harness connectors.
