Looking Hard at a 2014 Yukon XL SLT

i was really wanting to get a 2016 Yukon Denali XL, but the price tag is hard to convince the wife on. Seen a 2014 Yukon XL SLT w/ 61k miles for $30k.

The 2014 has 2 DVD screens, and 2 bench seats which I like and don't like.

Reason #1 for this purchase is baby #5 coming in July. At the moment my youngest (turns 2 in July) is in a toddler seat. I have 3 older kids who will be 10, 8, and 5 this year. I would like for my 2 year old and new born to be in the second row at each end. Will that be difficult to move the seat up or down for the other kids to move to the back row with car seat attached?

What "upgrades" or fancy things am I missing out with the 2016 Denali vs 2014 SLT?

I understand the 2014 has a 5.3L with a 6 speed, while the 2016 Denali has the 6.2L with 6 speed. I already have a 5.3L 05' Sierra so I am familiar with the engines capbilities. Is gas mileage the same?

Any help or tips from you guys with experience is greatly appreciated. Hope to get down there this week if my mind can't be changed lol.

Just went from '13 Tahoe to '14 Denali. Night and day difference. The motor is so much smoother upon power delivery and feel. Pulls hills so much easier and just doesn't work as hard as the 5.3. The active suspension is much more solid feeling with no chatter. It's hard to stomach $60K but there's a reason it costs that much. How about trying to locate a '14 Denali XL?
