So i bought a set of 22" gm transport wheels and the tires on them are 275/70 which i think comes out a little bigger than a 33, what lift size should i get to clear my fender liner and my e brake i had to modify them and my e brake cable is ziptied to keep from rubbing

That’s a nice looking truck. Are you wanting to do a full on lift all the way around or just want your tires to clear?

Can you find the offset of that wheel? The tire size calculator shows it’s 32.16 inches. I ran 305/40 on my 07 with a -30 offset wheel and was lowered so you may not need much.

Those tires are most likely 275/50/22 if they were for a newer vehicle (ive never seen a 275/70/22)…which is basically a 33x11ish. If they were from an older gm they were 285/45/22

Depends. Will cause more rubbing inside like on knuckles and brakes etc…but usually keeps it outa the fenders and lines more than less backspacing would.

If it aint one thing its another

You shouldn’t need much more then a 2.5” leveling kit to clear and maybe even just minor trimming of your fender liner without lifting it

I was thinking about belltech 1023sp but it says the max wheel backspace is 5"

If they are a new setup, meaning you have your current setup try them on prior to lifting. As stated my U2’s had a fairly big offset and I ran 305/40 while being lowered 2” in front. I had to pull in the fender liner a little and trim a little but otherwise had no problem. Here’s a picture.
