LC9 Gen IV 5.3L Class Action Lawsuit

I just received notice through Top Class Actions about action being filed against GM regarding excess oil consumption in the 5.3l Gen IV including the PCV system, defective piston rings, AFM, and oil life monitor. Info can be found here.

Looks like some ambulance chasers smell some easy money. My LC9 runs great and has none of those problems.

Yep! That one didn’t go far. Although this one has some evidence due to the TSB’s on the PCV system, AFM and piston rings, I still don’t think it will go far. If you just maintain your vehicle there isn’t a problem. It’s mainly the whiners that depend on their rig to alert them they need to check the oil level.
