Keyless Entry Problem

Hey guys just got me a 2007 Tahoe and glad I found a great site!

I am having a problem with the keyless entry. When I press the unlock on the remote 9 out of 10 times it wont unlock the drivers door, but will unlock all the other doors on the second press. It makes no noise, just doesn't work.

Any info would be appreciated!

There is a known problem with the door locks where they just stop working. Dealer should replace it

I just had three acuators replaced about a month ago. It started with the same thing you are going through and went on to the passenger front and passenger rear. Was covered under warranty on my 08 yukon.

Thats where my research was leading me.

I need to check but i beleive my warrenty is done.

So would you guys replace the drivers actuator only, or is this bound to happen to all of them?
