Keyless Entry not working.

Hey all, so my 2000 5.3 tahoe has been great but having a small issue. The keyless entry does not work. The panic button on the fob sets the alarm off but the lock and unlock buttons don't work. Power door locks work from the interior door buttons. Do these trucks have some kind of keyless entry module? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

My back up fob does the same thing and it's brand new.

Weird, have you tried reprogramming both remotes. Module is located underneath the dash pad, must remove dashboard to get to it.

Did they ever work? Look in your owners manual for reprogramming instructions and put a new battery in the older one. On your model I believe you don’t need any special tools.

Reprogrammed both fobs and they work now. Should have just do e it to begin with. Thanks for the suggestions.
