Jump seat swap

I have a 2006 Tahoe with the center console that separates the captain seats. I'm wanting to swap the console out for a 2007 Tahoe middle jump seat. I know I will have to get a different front dash piece for the glove box and stuff, But my question is will the jump seat from the 2007 model bolt up to my 2006? And what will I have to do with the Bose amp wiring for the speakers and the front sub etc.?
