Hello,
I recently posted that I was able to get my infotainment screen back on by removing negative battery for 10 minutes to reset computers. Its been a couple weeks but screen is blacking out again. It sporadically comes back on when car is started. Does anyone know a solution? I have checked the hmi harness and everything is tight. Because I can fix my removing battery terminal I feel like it is software related..

Ive seen posts talking about: replace screen, software upgrade, remove any device plugged into OBD.

What have others done to solve?

My car is 2015 Chevy Tahoe

Thank you,
Terry

Mine went out on my 2015. I will say I did the install myself with a kit from MVI. It worked flawlessly, but then the screen blacked out. It ended up being a software issue, not the screen. The module that sits behind the radio was replaced. Not one issue since.
