Some dealers will search inventory at other dealers, it wouldn't hurt to ask around.
Salvage yard is probably the best bet. Is this for a 2-door? Hope that it isn't specific to those models and you're odds improve. A 92-94 K-Blazer may match as well, it's something to keep in mind.
Car-part.com is a good search engine for local salvage yards.

Lol, I got a guy wanting it here local. He doesn't care about part # 4!! Haha.Lol, I think you should keep the black Tahoe, too. Why have one when you can have two.
