The rpo code is L31 which is grate but its a salvaged title so how do know for sure

If it doesn't have coil packs it's an L31 5.7 Vortec. I would find it hard to believe that anything else would be in there.

Google an image of a 5.7 Vortec should help a great deal.

OBS Jedi-Do Good
all obs tahoes had a vortec 5.7l 350 or if a two door had that or possibly a l65 diesel. yours is l31 5.7l 350 if you use gasoline. picture of l31 is below.
