A/C blows cold then hot then cold. Was told there was a simple sequence of action that will reset system. ie: push auto twice, wait 30seconds,turn key on, etc.

Easiest way is disconnecting battery positive, wait a few minutes, touch cable to negative terminal. Reconnect, start the engine and don’t touch the controls for a few minutes while the actuators all calibrate.

Will doing this reset also fix the system constantly blowing hot then a/c? Like your videos. Have been helpful with other items. Thanks woodsie679@gmail.
it should recalibrate the actuators. if they fail to work on one side that actuator has likely taken a dump. my d/s one will only blow full hot, or full cold. new actuator was like 25 bucks off rockauto. yet to install it. been sitting in my console for a couple months waiting for some free time.
