Hub Centric Rings

Just curious, for those that have aftermarket wheels, Did you also get hub centric rings? Just picked up a set of Ashanti wheels, and before I mount them, I was wondering if I should pick up some rings.

My burb came with aftermarket rims without hub centric spacers, when I serviced it I added some hub centric spacers. Cant say I can feel any difference behind the wheel but I thought it was a good idea.

You added wheel spacers, or hub rings? Two different things.

I’ve always used hub centric rings with aftermarket rims that had a larger center bore than stock.

I too have always used hubcentric rings with after market wheels

I just used my cheap caliper and my new wheel has a center bore of ~100mm maybe a hair over. I think my Escalade is 78.1 per the internet. Apparently that's not a popular size hub ring as I don't have a lot of luck finding it outside of summit racing where shipping is the same price as the ring.

I was thinking plastic. There's been a handful of posts/videos warning of potential corrosion issues related to differing metal to metal reactions.

Has anyone installed wheel spacers or hub centric rings on a 2021+ Tahoe? I have the factory RST 22" wheels on my 2025 Tahoe LT and I want to fill out the wheel wells a bit more. Thanks for any responses.
