I see you talked about a running board change.
Did the new ones stick out farther than the stock ones?
Did you do the 07 Escalade mod?
2004 Yukon is difficult for my wife to use the stock boards. They don't stick out far enough.
Also 17" tires don't help. She is the primary driver.
I will plow snow with this vehicle but with my extra set of 16" tires more aggressive thread pattern.

my advise, use his measurments just for a guideline. when i did mine i had more grinding and cutting to do. but them measurments got me really close. passenger side is a PITA!!!!! LMAO but i love them!!

Revived! A lot of step pad/running board talk lately. This is what I'm talking about when I told a few of you on here that nnbs steps look amazing on our nbs. Nice sleek and low profile look.

Do not assume these amounts to be cut are the same for all years. I did it blind while my Tahoe was getting painted and when I got it back the measurements to cut were too much. In fact I don't know that they even need to be trimmed at all for an 06. I might actually be forced to buy all new brackets now. Lesson learned.

I would cut them and weld a bar to them before buying new brackets
