i have a 2013 Tahoe i press the ( i ) button for my Weather on the navigation and a pop up come on that said you need a XM subscription for this channel which i have and it was working fine before. so for 3 days i been on the phone with xm tech support they tried to make it work sent refresh signal like 10 times nothing happens. so last word from xm is i need to take it to the dealer for a reset. everything is working fine the weather screen is there just no info on it. anyone have this problem too.

never heard of that before. I'd definitely take it in to the dealer though, especially since everything should still be covered under warranty for whatever reason.

What was the resolution on this problem? I have a 2012 LTZ and I am trying to enable the XM Weather via SiriusXM. They have sent many refresh signals but it does not work. They also told me to bring my vehicle to the dealer for troubleshooting.
