After leaving GM vehicles in 2017 ...I had a 2015 Yukon Dennali and getting into Land Rovers, I find myself back shopping for a 26 Denali or a Chev high country. Are you generally happy with the new lineup? Anything I should know? I hated the suspension as it was too stiff and when you hit a bump it was shuddering. It may have been the 22" tires not matching up to the suspension, I don't know. I did love the 6.2 engine and the large people/cargo ability.
I also find he local GMC dealer not wanting to accept the supplier pricing, as he says he can't make enough and the Yukons are in high demsnd.

Dealers can be real tight *** a$$holes. You need to do some shopping around. Some of our breathers went far out of state to find a dealer that is willing to DEAL. Going “Used” sometimes the dealers are just as bad. Good luck!

I like my 2021 better than my 2015. It's a bigger vehicle than the 2015 but it still handles as good or better, and the additional size makes the interior more comfortable. It's also a better tow vehicle.

There are plenty of dealers that will honor supplier pricing, it just may be a bit further away.

Chevys are far easier to find than yukons on dealer lots. Plus I tend to see Chevys having far greater dealer discounts added to them.

As for ride quality, get the air suspension and dont go above a 22" rim (ideally 20" or less) and the ride should be remarkably smooth

100% agree on the tire size. 20" is ideal in my book. I don't care how the tire "looks" on the vehicle. I drove a 26 Denali today and it had 22". I would prefer the 20's. It did have air ride. Not too bad!

I have a 2021 Suburban High Country with stock 22" tires and it rides and handles great. I have Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires, 285 45 R22. I don't have air ride just magnetic ride and it is the best riding and handling Suburban I have ever driven.

Couldn't get a Denali so I found a 26 High Country with the HC delux pkg. I had a hard time finding my preferred color with out the dealer updrade of 3K for larger tires but I did. Look forward to hanging out here....The Land Rover community isn't exactly very active and no desire for upgrades. Picking it up next week. Q? Anyone do the dealer appiied "ceramic paint sealant"? Wants 999 for it...I know I can buy lots of was but this does cover dings and other small dent issues.

Get it done by a detailer afterwards they will do a much better job. I had ceramic applied on mine (XPEL fusion) for $1500 with a 4.yr warranty.

The dealer has no business applying ceramic or PPf; leave that to the specialty shops.
