That upgrade is sick, however, I don't know if I would have the patience to complete it. You did a great job on it. My question is: do the cup holders get cold/hot enough to make a difference? If so, this might be something I would tackle.

They 100% get hot and cold to the point that it made it worth it.

Depends on what you get your holders for, 350-550.
Then I'd say 15-20 hours of cutting, sanding, epoxying, fitting, wiring.

It's not easy, I was going to make a DIY, but realized no one will want to do it.

You literally need to make custom mounts for the door to mount to, and the holes you see in the top of the console aren't far enough apart so you need to cut the top trim out of the escalade one and graft it into the Denali one.

It's a mission I'm fairly sure no one has attempted before and most likely never will again. But I'd love to see someone else give it a shot, clearly it can be done..

PS, everything's forsale for the right price haha.

There's an interior light circuit, a dimmer circuit, ground, constant power and
Ignition power.

I have fuseable links in both power circuits.

Do you think you could change out the whole center console? And wire up power that way.
