Headlight painting...

Has any one on here cracked opened their headlights yet to paint the chrome?
If you have, can you post pictures or a how to.

The person I bought mine from had my headlights done but I don't think they sealed them correctly as they are pretty hazy now. I'm going to do a full replacement soon.
