Need more detailed info on what happens when you try to start.
Three best guesses are that it is either:
1. Flooded due to injectors leaking down after sitting for a while,
2. Running lean during first start due to fuel system not being primed
3. ECT Engine coolant temp is not reading correctly as in the ECU thinks the engine is already hot so you dont get enough fuel.
Easy enough to test.....on the next cold start just cycle the key a few times to the run position (but dont crank). Then try to start.
If its not that, then you can always pull your fuel pump relay and crank it and see if it starts (it will then die in a few seconds) however the ECU still primes the fuel pump, so this might not validate your results.
Need a scanner to see the ECT.
