Hacking WiFi/LTE to be on during remote start

Is there a way to have the WiFi (4GLTE) active during remote start for 2016 Tahoe? I would like the internet running when the engine is running - while parked on the street.

I have dash cams that can give me live view but only with an internet connection. I don't park close enough for the Tahoe to use home WiFi.
