H2 Rims?

I've searched and can't find the answer so:

Can a 00-06 Tahoe fit H2 rims and tires without a lift? I've seen it done a few times on a lifted application but never stock.

Nope, totally wrong lug pattern and count. H2 wheels are 8 lug, the 1500 platform are 6 on 5.5.

The 00-06 Tahoe/Yukon/Eskys can fit up to a 33" tire, stock. You probably saw the H2 wheels on a 2500 Suburban.

Nope ... definitely was a Tahoe. Maybe a hub swap was done?

A lot of Dodge guys have the wheels hub bore dia enlarged so they fit their 2500/3500 trucks.
They are a nice looking wheel. not sure you can just swap the hubs to make them fit. What will you do with the rear axle? have the holes filled, and re drilled with the 8 lug pattern?

Not likely. They probably used a 6 to 8 lug wheel adapter/spacer. You can change out the front hubs to 8 lug, however, you would have to install a 3/4 ton rear axle (like a 14 Bolt or Dana 60) to match up with the front hubs. To the best of my knowledge, GM NEVER made an 8 lug 10 bolt rear axle.

I have 8 lug h2 Rims on my Tahoe. but I have an 8 lug Dana 44 up front and an 8 lug Dana 60 in the rear
