What do you guys think of this kit? I just picked up a PC 7424 FOR $50 at a garage sale Works great, Will this kit work well on faded paint?

Coupled with the proper pads, yes.

I really like the Poor Boys. My process is SSR 2.5 then SSR 1 then wax. Works very well on oxidized paint.
