Genuine GM 23238759 OE Exhaust Tip, Stainless Steel
This tip came off my 2008 Suburban LTZ when I redid the exhaust and ran it out the back with a different tip.
They sell for about $95 on Amazon as seen here...

This one isn't brand new or perfect as it has been on my truck but it is in good used condition.
It has some minor scratches on the bottom edge/lip from me backing up to curbs with the 4/6 drop on the Burb it would just slightly drag.
It also seems to be kinda dull, almost like sand blasted, looking on the front side that faces the rear tire. I assume it is from road spray off the rear wheel. I honestly never noticed this when it was on the truck. It could probably be buffed/polished out but I'm not 100% sure.
You can see the difference when you compare it to the opposite side that faces the rear of the truck.
Over all I think it is in good shape and looks good.
