Is there a way to remove this without removing the whole bumper?

yea remove your grille and lights and pull it off. be careful though, its held in by little tabs that go into the bumper their kind of tough but will still break. its easier to start from the outside and work your way in. why are you removing it?

you can sand with 320 then 400 to smooth them out. Degrease then use Bulldog Adhesion promoter (2 coats) on them, let dry then base then clear.

it would most likely yield a better finish if you remove the handles and the bases to work on them. But its not required.

you could also spray them with a high build primer then paint but not that rattle can crap. Doing that may keep you from sanding them down. Test one out

yeah you can do with them on but it will be tiresome on sanding and you run the risk of scratching your door. the back piece and the front valance piece I would just leave on the car paint.

I just picked up a 2001 and Im going to start a build up on it in here. I usually do pretty good step by step builds. Im a lowrider fan but bought this denali for a hauler and a family ride.
