Has anyone done a chrome delete on this part of the front bumper? Just curious how it would look or if it is worth the effort.

Personally, I think the chrome there visually pulls the front bumper closer to the ground -- and that it could look like the bumper is missing altogether if you blacked it out.

Now, painting it white might look good. But I wouldn't black it out, personally.

Found an AT4 from Hurst - maybe more appropriate with complete blackout?

To me, since your truck is white/a light color, blacking out that lower piece is going to make it "disappear" by contrast. I think it'll look like your bumper comes way up under your grill. Personally, I want my front-end to look as low as it is.

This is all MY opinion, and you might not see it that way at all.

Does anyone know how to remove this lower piece? I've been looking online, and cant seem to find anything for the 2025 (probably to new yet and no one has done it).

I'm thinking about taking it off and using some hyperdip to black it out. If it ends up looking dumb, I can remove the hyperdip.

The part number for the 2025 Tahoe chrome piece is

GM (84977523)

I had my dealer send me a spec sheet since the information was hard to find. They drilled the chrome piece (which is plastic) to mount a license plate frame. I don't need front plates in my state and like the look of the Tahoe without a plate. I like the chrome but to each their own. The part appears to have a lot of clips around the edge and one bolt nut on the drivers side based on the schematic. It looks like a pretty easy removal/exchange and there is quite a bit of room to work in under the vehicle. Part cost about $115 delivered which seems like a decent price.

The upfitter I use to black out my vehicles removes every single chrome / Vader Chrome piece and professionally preps them for automotive paint and clear coat. They also replace every factory window trim piece with a black factory window trim piece. Everything else gets removed and painted. It's the only way to have a quality OEM job that lasts.
Not cheap, but nothing good is.......
