Folding 2nd & 3 rd row seats.

I have a 2022 Tahoe. Should the 3rd row fold completely fold down when 2nd row is up and fully rearward? My 2nd row seems to need to be 1 notch forward to do so.

I have the same issue on my 2022 Denali which is a bit annoying.
