Factory Roof/Luggage Rack, Additional Tie Down Ciips?

I have the original, factory installed roof luggage rack. Works fine, all intact and clean. But there are times when I might want to use a mid point tie down (long board or piece of pipe for example). Are there clips available that will lock into the tracks?
